API keys
Keys let your own systems and tools like Zapier use the SalesEngine API. Each key acts for Brightwave Coffee with the permissions you give it.

Use the API
REST with JSON, described by an OpenAPI document. Send the key as a bearer token.
Limits and safety
- 600 requests a minute per key. Beyond that the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header.
- Send an Idempotency-Key header with writes, so a retry never creates a second order or contact.
- Changes made with a key show up in the audit log under the key’s name.
- A revoked key stops working within a minute, everywhere.
