I only make one latte at a time. Is a 12 oz pitcher easier to control, or should I learn on the bigger one?

Wiggle a bit slower and the layers will tighten up.
Your milk looks slightly thick. Try stretching for a second less.
Tilt the cup more at the start. It gives you room to build the base.
Swirl and tap the pitcher right before you pour to keep the milk glossy.
Good call, I’ll report back.
Practice with water and a drop of dish soap. Cheap way to drill the motion.
That worked! Thank you.
Start a little higher so the milk sinks under the crema, then drop in close.
Thanks, I’ll try that tomorrow morning.
