Oat milk that actually pours?

My oat milk either turns into bubbles or stays completely flat. Which barista oat milk works for you, and do you steam it cooler than dairy?

    Wiggle a bit slower and the layers will tighten up.

    Start a little higher so the milk sinks under the crema, then drop in close.

    Swirl and tap the pitcher right before you pour to keep the milk glossy.

    Practice with water and a drop of dish soap. Cheap way to drill the motion.
