My order took four days to reach Phoenix in the heat. Are the beans still okay, and how long should I let them rest before brewing?

They’re fine: our bags have a one-way valve and the coffee was roasted the day before it shipped. Most of our coffees taste best from day 7 to day 30 off roast. Store them sealed, away from heat and light.
