Same grinder, different results after cleaning

Deep-cleaned my burrs on Sunday and now every setting pulls faster than before. Did I put something back wrong, or was all that old coffee actually changing the grind?

    Try a 30-second bloom with twice the coffee’s weight in water.

    Rinse your paper filter with hot water first. It changes more than you’d think.

    What’s your dose, yield and time right now? Hard to say without the numbers.

    I had the same thing with this coffee. A slightly longer ratio fixed it.
