About Shipwise
Shipwise buys shipping labels for your orders at discounted rates from USPS, UPS and FedEx. Paid orders land in a label queue as they come in, already weighed from your product data, so packing day is print, stick and go.
Rate shopping picks the cheapest service that still meets the delivery promise you set. Tracking numbers flow back to the order, which marks it fulfilled and sends your customer the shipping confirmation.
Refunds void unused labels automatically, and the Tracking page lists every parcel in transit with delivery exceptions first.
- A label queue fed by paid orders from every store
- USPS, UPS and FedEx rates side by side
- Tracking written back to the order and the customer email
- Unused labels voided when an order is refunded

What it adds to SalesEngine
- A “Shipping labels” page in the sidebar’s Apps folder
- A “Tracking” page in the sidebar’s Apps folder
- A section on order pages: “Shipping”
- “Create label” in the menu of orders
Pages open in a sandboxed frame; cards and menu items are drawn by SalesEngine from the app’s data, so no app code runs in your dashboard.
In CRM automations
- Trigger: Shipping label created
- Trigger: Shipment delivered
- Action: Create shipping label
How it runs
Runs on the developer’s own servers.
- Where its code runs
- On the developer’s infrastructure, never on SalesEngine.
- How it reaches your data
- Through the public API with a token limited to the permissions you approve. Its pages open in a sandboxed frame that can’t see your SalesEngine session.
- How SalesEngine reaches it
- Signed webhooks for the events it subscribes to.

Packing day went from hours to minutes
The queue is already weighed from our product data, so we print forty labels in one go every morning. Tracking lands on the order and customers get the email without us touching anything.

Rate shopping pays for itself
Ground Saver rates alone cut our shipping bill by about a fifth this summer.

Great, wish batch printing remembered my printer
Everything works well. I have to pick the label printer again after every batch, which is a small annoyance.
