About Ledgerline

Ledgerline turns your orders, refunds, payment fees and payouts into clean journal entries in your accounting system every night, so your books match your bank without copying numbers by hand.

Map products to sales accounts once, choose a daily summary or one entry per order, and sales tax is split by state automatically. Payouts are matched to the deposits that land in your bank.

The Sync status page shows each night’s batch and anything that needs you, such as a new product without a sales account.
